1. Appointment Confirmation
To help ensure a smooth and timely experience, you will receive a text message confirmation at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Please confirm your attendance by replying to the message. If you need to reschedule or cancel, we kindly ask that you contact us as soon as possible so we can accommodate your needs and offer the slot to another client.
2. Weekend and Public Holiday Appointments
For appointments scheduled on weekends or public holidays, we kindly ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled time to allow for a smooth and timely session.
If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible. In the event of a delayed arrival, studio reserves the right to shorten your treatment duration in order to stay on schedule and accommodate other clients booked after you.
3. Health and Medication Disclosure
At our studio, your safety and wellbeing are our top priorities. If you have any existing health conditions, are pregnant, or are currently taking medication, please notify us prior to your appointment, as these factors may affect your suitability for treatment or influence your results. Should you experience any discomfort during or after your session, please inform your clinician immediately so we can provide the appropriate care.
All personal health information shared with us is treated with the strictest confidentiality, in accordance with privacy laws and professional standards.
4. Payment Policy
We accept the following payment methods:
EFTPOS, Visa, MasterCard, and Cash.
Please note that we do not accept American Express or Diners Club cards.
All treatments must be paid in full on the day of your appointment, as we do not offer credit accounts or post-treatment billing.
We are pleased to offer Afterpay as a flexible payment option.
